The Hollinger is pleased to announce that it has signed on with Lightspeed by Chronogolf ahead of the 2023 season. Chronogolf has emerged as a leader in the golf industry with its innovative and user-friendly online booking systems as well as a new restaurant & bar system, on top of many other features.

This is an important step for the Hollinger in order to provide the best customer service possible to our members and guests moving forward.

Through Lightspeed, members and guests will now have access to many features that will allow for a better overall experience, including;

– Online booking & payment

– Online Tournament, Mens, Ladies & Mixed Nights registration

– Online payments for events & green fees

– Ability to leave staff a note ahead of your tee time

– Be notified via email and/or SMS about possible delays, closures, updates, etc.

NEXT STEP: TEE TIME BLITZ

As we finalize the system setup, the Hollinger is encouraging all golfers (members & guests) to log on to Chronogolf and book a tee time from April 1st to two weeks from the current date, in order to populate our customer/member database. This will ensure a smooth transition for your first visit to the Hollinger in 2023. To do so, here are the steps to follow:

  1. Log into OR create your Chronogolf profile (It’s important to have an email associated with your account, however email and phone number is preferred)
  2. Search for Hollinger Golf Club in the course search bar
  3. Either use the calendar on the right OR select “My Account” > “Dashboard” > “My bookings” and click on “+ New Booking“
  4. Should you have selected “My account”…. Select “Book on tee sheet” (Can also use “book on calendar”)
  5. Select any date from April 1st to two weeks from the current date
  6. Select your tee time slot and follow the prompts.
  7. You are set. The Hollinger has now received your information (name, number and email). This will allow for a much smoother process for future bookings and your first tee time of 2023.

NOTE: There is now a Lightspeed “Book a tee-time” widget on the Hollinger front page that allows you to book tee times.

NOTE: Even if you have already purchased your 2023 membership, we still encourage you to create your account and/or log on and book a tee time.

NOTE: There will also be an option to have your credit card on file. While this is not mandatory, having your credit card on file will allow you or the Hollinger to pay for green fees, mens/ladies nights and other events online, with the simple click of a button.

Future instructions on online payments, mens/ladies/social nights and event registration will be available closer to the season.
