The Hollinger Golf Club is pleased to announce the addition of Mr. Cory Hofferd to our team as Manager of Golf Operations. Cory has spent the last 6 seasons as the Greens Superintendent at the Lee Golf Club in Cochrane, Ontario, and has been credited with creating some of the best sustained course conditions in Northern Ontario during his tenure with Lee Golf Club. He is also a licensed Integrated Pest Management Agent. Moving from the Turf department to Golf Operations is a great opportunity for personal growth and development for Cory.
Cory is a well known and contributing member of the Northern Ontario golf community with over 30 years of golf related experience, he is a participating board member of the Northern Golf Association (NGA), a past men’s section President at the Lee Golf Club and a competitive amateur golfer. In the off season, Cory is a Level 4 official with Hockey Canada and the Northern Ontario Junior Hockey League, and a recently suffering Detroit Red Wings fans.
Jo-Lee Morissette, Director of Finance and Operations will continue in her role during the transition.
